I am using Parallels on two MacPros. When updating the Parallels Tools, i got the blue screen of death and a corrupted Windows installation.

Email suport can take up to 3 days so I have to wait and see.

I had the same problem of getting a blue screen of death after upgrading last time. I suspect it was because I had it on suspend. Only way I know past it is just reinstall windows.
