It could be that my computer is just too old to handle this stuff anymore, but the video was extremely choppy and delayed. There is no way it is useable for any kind of coherent video.
I have the right OS, but I have an ibook g3.....so...._maybe_ it just doesn't have enough processor power.
Frustrating.

Yes, I think it's your processor. iRecord makes a 1min30sec movie, and it's size is 546MB! This means it has to write at a speed of 6MB per second which I can imagine is too much for your G3. Even my MacBook 2.0 Ghz 1GB RAM C2D hampers now and again. With iSquint I convert my movie from 546 to 13 MB!Thursday, June 21 2007 @ 01:26 AM PDT

For me too.I have the same issues, and mine is PB G4 with 1.5 GHz.
Choppy and unusable.
Wrote to developer for no avail.
