This really does do what it sets out to do. Amazing sound. Well worth it.

My only gripe is that you can't intentionally close the iWow effects window. However if you set it up how you like it. minimise it into the dock and quit iTunes. The iWow plug-in still works after start-up but doesn't show up anywhere, it looks like it isn't selected but it is working in the background.
