I agree 100%.
Logitech makes the best products, but their Control Panel Freezes and none of the special keys on my my Logitech Wireless Keyboard work.
I've worked with their help desk for weeks and they finally gave up and quit replying.
And now my MX 1000 has developed a left-click stutter.
(Sigh!)
I won't be recommending Logitech any more and that's a shame.
