Lots of problems

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

Recommend Product: NO

First of all, I agree. . .why can't Parallels give the new version info in version tracker like everyone else. It's a real pain in the a** to have to go to their site and try and find out what's new and whether a download is warranted.

And secondly, I've been a registered user for more than six months and have yet to get Parallels to work properly. I've emailed customer support four times trying to get the problem resolved--Windows locks up my MacMini everytime it begins to load--but have yet to get a reply.

It's very frustrating knowing what Parallels is capable of, versus, what it does to my system.

A very dissatisfied user.

Lots of problems - blehbity

You must be a complete moron. I've been using parallels every day for nearly a year to run all my work apps in addition to AutoCAD and 3D Studio MAX.

From a very satisfied customer.

I'm also quite satisfied with Parallels. But I can be sympathetic to one who has been having trouble. Then again, I'm not an asshole.

Lots of problems - MarkusWinter

I got it to work fine on my Core Duo and not at all on my Core 2 Duo - same steps in both cases.
