Existing users, 
I purchased the product after using it in the evaluation mode. According to the instructions you use the original download to activate the product with the received name and key. It does not work and there has been no response from any emails.
I contacted my credit card company and had them dispute the charge.
Too bad, the product did what I needed it to do.
