i was wondering why a large number of blogs weren't updating on my intel-mac (OSX 10.4.8) for some time. then i restructured my own blog and saw that NNW was not updating my new blog. i pinged feedburner.com and checked the XML on their site - all was o.k. but that damn NNW didn't rect to refresh. i went into the support forums - ried to register there, to no avail, till the very day i haven't received the verification e-mail of my account - sent them an email - of course, no reply. and in the forums, i came across numerous posts of users who have exactly the same problem as i - the only workaround offered by NNW staff is turning of synching wit newsgator (in the prefs). thats it. the NNW staff didn't care answering my support questions, their forum is non-accessible... and thats a bad service for a PAYING customer.
