Existing users, 
If I want to get to the current Finder window in Terminal, I typically open Terminal from Dock, drag and drop a folder into the Terminal window to get the path, put CD in front of the path name, and click Return to CD to the selected folder. >cd to... does all of this with one click, from wherever I am in Finder.
Needless to say, this little app saves tons of click-work for Terminal users. Thanks!
