Anyone else having trouble with 10.4.8?

I love this utility. I've been using it for quite a while, but I can't get it to work with OS X 10.4.8. Am I doing something wrong?

System Info:OS X 10.4.8, updates for Daylight Savings Time…

I threw out the plist and the application and reinstalled and it worked.
