Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Version 2 has a problem with dowloading videos from DailyMotion.com. Only videos saved to your "Movies" folder on your home directory will be saved. Try saving to any other location and TubeSock will delete the video after downloading it. Responsive developer says problem will be fixed over weekend - look for a rev posted soon after.

Just to follow up on Gordon's comment, the bug actually occurs when using the "Save as FLV" option. TubeSock 2.0 automatically cleans up its temp files, and in the case of save as flv, it accidentally marks the saved FLV as a temp file, and erases it. It's already fixed here, but we're going to test it for a bit longer (we've just tripled the testing process, adding DailyMotion and Porkolt) before we make a general release.
