I've used this product several times over the last several months and am impressed with the interactive and intuitive design and ease of operation. When using this tool in the past, I've had smaller PST files and don't recall what version of PST I was using in the past but I've had significant issues with the last conversion. My primary issue is that while it appeared that all of my folders, calendar and contacts were converted, some of the files ended up being corrupt and there is no way to correct this after the fact.
Probable reasons for this in my estimation and based on feedback from Little Machines, to get optimal results, be sure your Outlook is set to Offline so no message transferring occurs; ensure you've run the Inbox Repair tool "SCANPST.EXE" against both your PST and OST files to ensure any corruption within these files are corrected. I'd also recommend you take it to the next step and "Compress" each PST and OST file to ensure its optimized before you run O2M.
Something else that may be a factor but I can't verify this is the size of the folder itself. There may be an issue with folder size based on the feedback from Little Machines but in my case, I had corrupted files of all sizes. My .ICS exported file was corrupt the last time I did this and the only way I can think this would occur is because I wasn't offline when I did the export.
My prior use of this tool has been successful and I've had no issues with any of the features. This particular time I've got a bit of different implementation of Outlook that I think is why it was impacted.
