I have to hit Alsoft for unbelievably POOR Customer service, an ordering system that doesn't even send you a confirmation email, and a threat of non-refundable purchases (hello, chargeback).
I've used DW since version 2 and while it's a great product, the fact that new customers get their stuff immediately but if you go from 3.0 to 4 or egads try to use DW on Panther or Tiger, you can't unless you buy a new disc, is just plain ridiculous.
I would not recommend this product for these very reasons, it does not warrant all these positive reviews. there are competing products out there that have caught up, and I don't believe Alsoft should get away with this horrendous service model.
