Why poor? - Joe_Pagliaro

Hello,

As the developer I will agree that the interface could be modernized. I'll do that in a future update, my primary objective with Blue Crab has been performance and accuracy, as well as a rich feature set.

You contend that a competitor's product is better. Can you provide specific sites that you have compared the products on? I have found in my own experimentation that Blue Crab usually finds more resources, leading to more accurate downloads. I'd be glad to address any issues that can be identifed in such a comparison.

Also, if you are confused about something I invite you to email me personally so that I can have the opportunity to clarify it. I am usually very responsive to email inquiries, as well as suggestions on improvements.

Joe

DeepVacuum isn't free - sjk

DeepVacuum costs $12. Where did you get the idea it's free?
