Its interface takes a bit of getting used to in that it's not the most intuitive application and uses unorthodox terminology (i.e., "Mask" instead of "Filter"), but it is a handy little tool.
I did find one glitch, however, and that is that it doesn't know how to work with commas in filenames. At least, I couldn't get it to work. I don't know if there are any other characters that it can't handle, but I know commas don't work. So, I still had to go and make those edits, manually.
Because of that, I give it a less than perfect score and can't recommend it as a solution for someone that is looking for it to work as expected.

Thanks for the comments.I agree on your point about the terminology and some of it will change in the next version, such as "Mask" being changed to "Filter".
The comma problem looks to be an issue with the "Search whole words only" feature, so it should work if you turn that option off. Thanks for alerting me to the bug though; I'll fix it in the next version.
