Big problems

Used Product For: Less than a month
Using this with an MX Laser mouse (model M-RAG97) and cordless keyboard (model Y-RJ20) and 10.4.8. Can't open the preference panel (freezes Sysytem Prefs). Mouse sometimes looses it's ability to click upon PowerBook wake up (have to pull out the usb cable and put it in again). Keyboard has lost its configuration and now I can't get in to fix it.
