I was not satisfied with IController, mostly because of the rigidity of the track scroller, there is no way to alter the track information format or the width of the scroller...
With that said, fortunately, after an entire day of searching, I found an alternative that works flawlessly! Its an unknown Japanese developed app (Translated to English) thats not on VT. The link to the site is "http://homepage.mac.com/kenta6/kTunes/" (You can translate the site in google) and the direct download link is "http://homepage.mac.com/kenta6/kTunes/kTunes-1.4.3.zip"
Trust me, this is an awesome, AND FREE! App that does everything I want. I couldnt be happier!

I took me a while to find it... you have to Right-Click the menubar, which gives you access to a drop menu, with "Preferences", and "Quit iController".Nice little app. Convenient, yet discreet.

That app was lame. It displays the album cover art (can't turn it off) in a bigger window and over the dock than the iTunes window itself! That defeats the very purpose of the app, to eliminate the iTunes control panel. If they would just turn off cover album art it would be exactly right.Reply to This
