I ordered OSS3D at the end of December. I received no response, then after emailing the company was told that they only handled Windows licenses and that I should try their partner company. After sending a few emails to them, I receivede a serial number that is not accepted by the program's registration window. I still do not have a working serial number despite several email requests. I am extremely upset -- I liked the product when I tested the demo, but just threw away $30 due to unsatisfactory customer service.
