Aside from the abysmal support, which they seem to be working on since now you get a "we'll get back to you next week" email instead of just not hearing back, the product itself has gotten increasingly unreliable and the source of many hours of aimless troubleshooting. Funny that it's for a device which is supposed to HELP manage your time. Hotsyncs seem to work about half the time since my tiger upgrade, and desktop mounting no longer works at all. My clients seem to have the exact same problems as me, so it astounds me that there isn't more about it in their knowledgebase. It mentions the problem, how to diagnose it, and concludes with, "if that doesn't work, than your device is having difficulty connecting to missingsync"... um, yes, I know.
It's unfortunate they're filling the gaping hole for mac users that palm has left open, and even more unfortunate that they're the only one.
