My wife is not a computer gamer, but she was hooked on a console version of Klax many years ago, and was thrilled that I found this for her (v1.0).
However, within a week or so she soon hit the limit of playability because the game just got too fast.
I suggest a logarithmic difficulty progression rather than a linear one, or if it's already nonlinear, lower the knee in the curve. This will extend its replay appeal.

Great Klax clone - la1n
Hello, nice to hear,I think it's really a addictive game. Therefore i ported this arcade game for macos x.
But how can you slower down the speed?
Look at the tricks area on the website: http://www.la1n.ch/ishizume/
You can make a klax and then it's bullet time. all things slow down. This is a trick to slow down the whole thing. Make your the klax if you need to speed down the game or a lot of klaxes are in front of you.
I know, it's easy to say for me, but with this trick you could also survive levels, which are really fast or look at MAME and the orginal klax version there.
I will think about some difficult-stages .-)
have a nice time and wishes to your wife
