System-wide command keys are a problem

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

I have found no way to edit the system wide command keys or turn them off. Several interfere with frequent commands I use in other programs which requires me to either quit sideƞote or use a menu selection.

I have also found no way to contact the developers other than leaving a comment on their blog which is not appropriate product support, IMO.

I cannot recommend it as is.

System-wide command keys are a problem - Memoriafuturi

Actually - you can easily remove the system wide hotkeys by going into preferences and selecting the hotkeys tab. I had a similar problem with hotkeys clashing with other apps that I use, but easily fixed.
