If you liked Bejeweled 2, then you might like this game. If you didn't like Bejeweled, you will hate this game.

Personally, I think its really boring. Its very similar in style to Bejeweled (you might even say a rip-off of Bejeweled), but with the flaws magnified. Specifically, that once you get past the fifteenth level or so, luck plays a much bigger role than skill in advancing. If you happen to make a few moves that produce huge combos (as in more than ten successive reactions, which you can't possibly predict since most of the pieces will come from off screen), then you beat the level. So generally you do the same level over and over again until you happen to get good combos.

I didn't play earlier versions, which were supposedly terribly buggy. This version never crashed on me, but does have bugs (e.g. the "mystery" bonus often doesn't work if you win it during the middle of a combo, which is more often than not). The only thing the game has going for it is the eye-candy. The graphics look good for a game that doesn't require much in the way of system resources, but that unfortunately doesn't make up for poor gameplay.

Also, the music gets really annoying fast, as does the breathy pseudo-british voice-over.

And finally, at $5 the game would be somewhat disappointing. Expecting $20 for this game is absurd.
