Hello: Long time advance user of YC: Tunes; maybe 3 years, daily.
Current beta ONLY shows current track album art inline, not in the immediate drop down, even when you uncheck 'inline'. It must've corrupted prefs,. because reverting to 1.4.1 retains the bug. Did repair permissions and restart, hoping it would act normally again, but No...
I have hopes for 1.5 because I hope it claims will show individual track names for streaming radio (1.4.1 and below just show radio station name the 1st time you change stations).
Wait for official release.

"In Internet terminology, a troll is a person who enters an established community such as an online discussion forum and intentionally tries to cause disruption, often in the form of posting messages that are inflammatory, insulting, incorrect, inaccurate, or off-topic, with the intent of provoking a reaction from others. Trolls can also be existing members of such a community that rarely post and often contribute no useful information to the thread, but instead make argumentative posts in an attempt to discredit another person, more often than not based on what they thought was said rather than what was actually said by the other person, concentrating almost exclusively on facts irrelevant to the point of the conversation, with the intent of provoking a reaction from others. The latter are primarily, though not always juveniles from other countries who don't have enough understanding of the language to realize that there is nothing to argue about, the points are truly irrelevant to the conversation, or they just don't care and are simply trying to cause the other poster grief with their frivolous and irrelevant arguments."Thursday, February 15 2007 @ 12:02 PM PST

Oh, I don't know--I thought it was a fairly articulate observation. And given that the original post stated hopes for the next full version, in addition to citing the problems with the beta, I think your snotty post was superfluous.Sunday, July 01 2007 @ 09:31 PM PDT

Do you understand the term BETA?"A beta version or beta release usually represents the first version of a computer program that implements all features in the initial requirements analysis. It is likely to be useful for internal demonstrations and previews to select customers, but <b>unstable and not yet ready for release.<b> Some developers refer to this stage as a preview, as a technical preview (TP) or as an early access. As the second major stage in the release lifecycle, following the alpha stage."
