In trying to backup one of my Disney DVDs, I get a BAD SECTOR error. I try to play the Video_TS folder using DVD Player, no luck. Heard that VTC is a good player, but that didn't work either. How can I backup my Disney DVDs?

Here is the link to what the error looks like:

Please help. Thanks so much.

Does not work for Disney with ARccOS protection. HELP! - erikku3000

I've been getting that everytime I rip a "Lost Season 2" DVD. I rip them to my hard-drive just long enough to use HandBrake on them and convert them to MPEG4 files. My problem was the audio on the otherwise fabulous MPEG4 files was missing. So, I used DVD2OneX2 to extract the movies and then everything was fine. I could rip the MPEG4 files with full sound. Not really sure why that is, but it is. It's also great for burning single layer discs of movies from Dual Layer originals by extracting the actual movie content.

I had exactly the same issue. This is a strong suggestion which worked for me , contact MTR and ask them for the Beta version of MTR 3.0 . it does seem to resolve the problem.
