Existing users, 
I have bought this software one year ago and I HAVE never been able to make a decent copy of one dvd. Version III had many bugs, Version IV is even worse. Does not work with most titles ,I downloaded DVDFab and works perfectly. I strongly suggest everyone not to make the mistake I did and buy this software.
If you read their link it is described as one reader's favorite etc etc. Do not believe. Indeed this is a sponsored link.
