I've been using NoteTaker for a few weeks and recently ran into a puzzling problem. My emails were responded to swiftly (within the hour), intelligently, and the problem, which was on my end, was identified, explained and fixed efficiently. And all at around 11pm EST! Kudos---

Inteeresting. I have had the exact opposite experience. I have been a registered owner since 2003 and have not recxeived a single response to my emails. I have experience problems each time I have upgraded, but have yet to receive a single response to my inquiries.Stan Bratton
