Weeks of hassling over email to try to get a license out of him. Only when given strict instructions by Kagi to issue me - the original owner - with a replacement license, did he do so. But he took the update off the market so I couldn't have a working version of the product.

An example of a developer so paranoid and unpleasant that he gives shareware a bad name. To avoid at all costs.
