Don't trust it!
I converted tons of files from PSD to JPG and I thought it was working great, that was until I started opening and checking the output files.
It seems that it can only read some of the PSD files and corrupted or lost layers on many of my files.
After wasting hours of work, I am starting all over using Apple's Preview, which works 100% on the same PSD files, but doesn't have a batch mode.
I will be looking for an Automator script to help, or it may come down to doing it manually, but at least I will have reliable output.
DO NOT trust the PSD format conversion!

Really bad software - Adreitz
Go to Preferences -> Open -> Formats -> PSD and choose "Import with QuickTime". Otherwise, GC will try to import it itself and will miss things like adjustment layers and effects. Please don't give one-star ratings to good software just because you can't figure something out.
