Existing users, 
I purchased the Sandvox's latest version online several days ago. Karelia has never sent me my product registration key. They took my money, billed my credit card and then not delivered on my purchase. They list no phone number to call for help and have not responded to several emails I have sent them.
One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with on online software vendor.

Nonsense.I will obviously grant you that something has gone wrong with the registration, and obviously that needs fixing.
But I have been working with Sandvox since the beginning, and I have received answers to all my mails, suggestions and bug reports.
That does require some time for them, as I guess they are a small company, but answers ALWAYS came!

This company can't be trusted. Watson was a good product too, and you see how they lied and let the public down on that. You should have downloaded a free copy from demonoid.com or maybe used serialbox, Cause these people deserve NO respect. I won't even use their products anymore.Reply to This
