I've had DW since it first came out, but after placing an order for DW4 I have zippo. Customer support will not answer my requests for assistance and I keep seeing others state they have recieved their CD. I have really liked DW and will hate moving away from it. Hopefully my copy of 303 will still work when Leopard arrives or maybe TechTool can do the job, but I'm not holding my breath. It was a nice run while it lasted.
