I don't understand why, and how SyncTwoFolders create empty file. It should only copy them. And if it can create, why not copy?
At the end of the log, did you have (0 #D) or was it another number than 0? (it's the count of problem encounter during the synchronization). Please don't hesitate to send me e-mail.
