Doesn't Work Builds 3036 & 3136

I have installed both the Build 3036 and now the 3136 Build and I am not able to get either of them to work. My windows VM comes up, I can hear it, but there is nothing there except a black window (I have a screen grab)

Has anyone else had this issue?

System Info:2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2 3GB of RAM 160 GB HD Running 10.4.9 - Developer edition

UPDATE:

A complete re-installation of Windows XP and everything is fine. I am wondering why I had to do this, though, when this has never been an issue in the past.

I get the exact same problem. I can boot in safe mode.

Same problem for me. I can hear the sounds from Windows XP, but the screen is black.
