Existing users, 
I downloaded lime-wire a few days ago...it was perfect...I then also downloaded nearly all the other software...cool! but suddenly i cannot get limewire to work anymore...my spyware etc..is turned off or allowing them ( limewire) to get on my laptop...so there should be no problems there...but still..nothing...who can help me ? As a test I took off all the other stuff I had downloaded maybe that would help but still nothing,I phoned my Internet provider to see if they had any tips for me..but they wouldnt give me the time of day...so..again I love limewire..thats why I payed for it too...but getting no use from it...is terrible...help me please somebody..some wizz-person..I have an Acer laptop with windows XP...

I hope this helps as I had the same problem, All U need to do is make sure that Ur Java is all up and ready to what Limewire uses.In fact if U go to the Limewire site, in the FAQ section. The problem U have, they will tell U that it may be a cpl of things but also that the Java cookies must be up to par etc.
In fact, U can download right from there the ones U should be running. (they show U where)
