Using Macally 3-button Dotmouse on a Apple Mac G5 running OSX10.4 with Macally driver 6.0. VERY Buggy! First, thought it mouse. Got replacement mouse, now toggling back and forth between both devices (when one gives out, plug other in). Any experience WHY it jumps around on scroll bars, etc.? Ways to rectify? When will driver 6.1 come out?! Thanks!

Macally 3-button Dotmouse - r-jones

I agree. VERY buggy, but so was version 5.3 before it. Periodically, for no apparent reason, the driver would revert to EXPOMOUSE. The ONLY sure way to get back to DOTMOUSE is to delete the mouse-driver app and then re-install it. If you were lucky, everything would be OK for a few more days, then back to square-one again. Too much of a hassle, so I'm gonna trash this mouse, and go get myself the newest Apple scrollball-mouse.
