I'm not a GTD fanatic, but I am always looking for a better way to organize things. With Inbox, the vision is there but its definitely not a finished package. I think the problem stems from my vision being different that the creator's vision. I can't wrap my head around the entire process that's trying to be developed here.

Not for me either - levinedr

I think your comment is spot on. I'm an experienced mac user and am very familiar with GTD and various attempts to create a GTD based software solution (so far ThinkingRock is best), but I'm not not sure what is being done here and why. Why would I want new folders/files I create on a to do list? I'm not sure how to work with my emails and ical todos from within inbox. Maybe I haven't put in enough time, but the software isn't softly wispering an invitation to get to know it better in my ear either.
