I have used this app for several weeks. It is very well thought out and one of the most useful apps I have (and I have quite a lot!). A password manager is not the most glamorous app to use, but when you have a good one, like this one, it transforms your use of the internet and the zillions of passwords one has to keep track of.

The one feature that I find most useful in it:
The ability to store multiple sets of log-in names and passwords for the same site.

This is a HUGE feature. For instance, I manage two businesses that have accounts at the same banks and credit card companies. I can now easily log-in under the correct business with just a click, or keypress. I also don't have to remember the log-in names and passwords, 1Passwd does that for me. Because of this one feature I have now set up online banking access to many accounts that I was inadvertantly avoiding due to the whole hassle of managing all those passwords. Also, I changed all my OK passwords, to really good cryptic, secure ones, because I don't have to type these in, or even remember them. So, not only is my access faster, but it is more secure.

I do not have the time to go into more detail about this app, but suffice it to say, it is very well implemented and easily beats the built-in OS X keychain in it's usefulness. If you do any amount of online banking or shopping, this will make your life much easier.

Note: Expect a slight learning curve and set-up time to get things running the way you want, but it's worth it. Also, only 4 stars as a few features are just not there yet: namely ways to get the data out of 1Passwd. It has a growing number of export options, but lacks even a rudimentary ability to print. The developers are very responsive though, and I know improvements to this are coming soon. When it gets there, 5 stars from me.

Thanks for the feedback!

Making it easy to have multiple logins for one site is one of the main reasons we wrote 1Passwd - Roustem and I had the same problem :)

Regarding exporting and printing, we added print support recently, and 1Passwd can export all your data as a plist file. The plist file is not perfect, but it was the only way we could export your data and keep its structure. We could add some more export options (i.e. to default keychain), but some data, especially metadata, will be lost

Cheers!

I forgot to ask: what can we do to improve the learning curve?

Cheers!
