I thought I did a bit of moving around in my sleep, now I have proof. Not everything worked though, I was hoping for the sound recording part but it didn't seem to function as expected. Even when I was trying to force it. I had to restart my computer once as well because the screen kept flashing white after attempting to quit the program. Definitely an interesting idea and worth downloading for fun.

Is your body or legs and arm motion (you didn't say) severe enough to disturb your and anyone elses sleep? If yes, you may have periodic leg movement disorder or PLMD. If you Google that you will find help for the condition. This tool would eliminate the need to go to a sleep lab where all kinds of electrodes are attached to you body and you are told to sleep. Yeah, right, being wired is so unpleasnt, you may not be able to sleep. This prgram would eliminate the horrible sleep lab experience. A related condition "restless leg syndrome" can also be diagnosed by the use of this tool to again eliminate a sleep lab visit which are also expensive. Great tool for sleep disorders diagnosis. Just show to your GMP, neurologist, etc.Reply to This
