How responsive is developer? - epc

I don’t think it’s typical. I’ve received great support in the past. Two ideas:
1. Check your spam folder to see whether his reply is there.
2. Perhaps he’s on vacation and may take a couple of extra days to get back to you.

I wish it were that simple. I checked junk folders and used other email addresses to dens from because I worried the same was happening on their end. No good. I finally found an email address of one of the developers and did get a response though it wasn't responsive to all my concerns AND he confused me with another person with the same first name, someone to whom he was responding after even a much longer time. Not very encouraging. A subsequent email offerring to pay was not answered. I paid for NetNewsWire. Too bad. I love to support Mac-centered apps.
