Well, it sees both of our TiVo units, and the media key seems to work, but when I downloads a file it appears to start (the top button changes to "stop download", but then it appears to be done (in about 2 seconds), and there is nothing but a 0-byte file with the correct name. Has anybody else seen this?

i have this issue too, however, it seems that if i leave the tivodecode app on my desktop and choose the location to download to every single time, then it does download correctly... i am sure there is a wacky bug in there, but that seems to work for me until they get it fixed.
