Used Product For: Over One Year

Having used that product since over two years it went unstable this year: sometime the spoken text switched to annoying white noise. Support tried to help but seemed to give up. Now I own a product that produces white trashy noise when a phone call comes in. In other words: unusable.

I have been getting the white noise on about 1 in 10 calls lately, as well.

I hope that today's update (v3.3) includes that as one of the bug fixes.

It has been a decent program for our home for the last couple years, but they developers do need to focus on the product. First, they need to get back to rock solid stability. Second, they need to add full faxing capability (send / receive via phlink).
