Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

I like the new features. No problems on installing a vm booting from the bootcamp partition - after finding the Parallels tools for bootcamp (link for download actually in the description readily available - just did not realize it). Had to reactivate windows xp again (was no problem) and had to reactivate word (same here). REALLY like the coherency mode. Also great is the drag-and-drop between finder and windows desktop. Keep on going!

Reinstalling XP - rblackmore

I've been working in Window for some weeks and have bookmarked many sites in Internet Explorer, downloaded particular software programs that can only work in Windows as well as transferring all my e-mail data from my PC to the Windows side of my new Intel iMac.

I downloaded the latest update but now Paralells is asking me to re-install Windows XP. This means that I will have to re-install all my e-mail and mailboxes and everything else I had in my previous version of Parallels/Windows.

To lose all the data because I'm required to install Windows XP yet again is , to say the least, not good at all.
