I enjoy playing around with these types of applications, and although LaunchBar is getting better it still doesn't compare to its more mature, and full featured brother Quicksilver.
If Quicksilver didn't exist, this would be my choice.

You are correct. I bought this app a long time ago when it first came out and paid for the update when it was necessary. I DO use it as well as Quicksilver but despite the fan boys here who know little about QS and want to show their 'great knowledge" QS DOES have more features "plug ins etc" but requires a modicum of intelligence and some study of the mechanism to use it properly,hence the complaint of "beachballs" and other stuff.Using LB alone usuallydoes the job it was intended for and does have some versatility andhas shown growth over the years but IT HAS NOT kept up with QSand QS continues to grow. I like both but I favor QS for ease of use and veratility.Reply to This
