Parallels Tools for Boot ?

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: MysticalOS Saturday, December 02 2006 @ 12:05 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

The installation guides say to go to webpage and download "Parallels Tools for Boot
Camp.exe.exe" from webpage unfortunately it doesn't exist anywhere on their webpage. The reason I never used it until now is simply put. I did not want to have two copies of windows installed on one mac cause parallels wouldn't use boot camp. But now they finally got around to that I was eager to try but i guess I still have to wait longer.

I just got an email from Parallels - they said they're having troubles with the Boot Camp piece and we might have to wait for the next major release for this to work.

I'm trying to get it to boot with a FAT32 Boot Camp partition and it doesn't work - even after installing tools.
