On the whole Pages is a nice, well thought out word processor. It would be exactly what I want to use if it weren't sooooooo slow. I'm running OS 10.4 on a 500 mhz processor with 1 gig of memory and Pages runs intolerably slow on it. Click and wait 5 seconds to see a cursor. Type three or four words and wait a few beats for them to appear on the screen.

This software is an embarassment for Apple. They need to pull it, fix it, and apologize for the pain they've caused.
