I was getting frustrated with the re-registration of AquilaCalendar. I purchased AquilaCalendar back in 2002. My QuickSilver recently died and I replaced it with another one. I needed to re-apply for a serial number.
Well, in the past two weeks, I sent at several emails to info@avcore-systems.com, however, I was not getting a response. For some reason, my emails were not getting through. I am not sure why but I tried one more time with a different email ISP. Boom! I got through and was literally up and running in just a couple of minutes with the help of Alan.
The bottom line is that I am up and running and the support was quick and friendly. I did have a problem contacting via email. Perhaps it was one of our ISPs but if it happens to you, I suggest just trying another email address.

my experience was different - barrondv
i used the product for a few months, then bought a new computer. after several troubleshooting emails when i couldn't get the product registration completed, i realized the product has to be re-purchased if migrating to a different computer. the developer confirmed this.although i did have success with email contact, i was disappointed to hear that i wouldn't be able to continue using this without re-purchasing.

ignore my previous caution. i have had a subsequent email from the develop who has advised me that he will allow switching the license from my old to my new computer.(in the interim, i have been using and am happy with the ical edition of menucalendarclock. although it doesn't have the 3-month view that aquila calendar does, it integrates with ical to show appts).

Just a note about the 1.91 Beta - appearance.tech
I have had some time with the new AquilaCalendar 1.91 BETA with movable Menu Bar and Clock. The clock option makes this the perfect menu bar set-up. I just removed the old Apple clock, changed the color of the AquilaCalendar clock and now the calendar and clock reside just where I wanted things.Reply to This
