The developer is rude, I agree. That's why I've stopped using his software. There is little support for the majority of his products, which isn't what software development is about. If you didn't want to be contacted about issues, then don't put a feedback link in your applications or any form of contact.
Inquisitor is sort of pointless anyway. I find better (more relevant) results using Google directly as the queries and algorithms used aren't exactly the same. For me, it's useless.

I've had good/bad communications with the developer. I think he's just too busy, and probably rolling in the money to care much about one or two (hundred) lowly users are running into. For example, my Acquisition license stopped working and it was a very painful process to get that corrected. To thank him, I purchased another license anyway. Then that license stopped working. Two life-time licenses, and neither one works. Guess that's the price of being a legitimate customer.Reply to This
