of what EXACTLY it does and HOW it does it! This could very well be pure SPY WARE!

Get a CLUE developer, being coy is very uncool.

To say such a thing attests to ignorance and bad will. It is totally out of order. Instead of pouring out your frustration at not being able to understand how Pando works, you could have asked simple questions in a civilised way. As it stands, you just judged this excellent product by your questionable standards. Pando does what is says it does and many, many people have found to their delight how easy to use, and how convenient, this programme is. Also, their tech support is very good. When asked a question, they replied within few hours. I'd recommend it to any one.
