I just got off a telephone conversation with a Customer Support person who confirmed that the update/registration ID/password web page does not work. For that matter, login to the discussions page doesn't work either. Trying the 'forgot password" method, similarly did not generate the promised email. The Customer Support representative tried unsuccessfully to pull up the registrations for people he was helping last Friday. Again, no joy. All he could suggest is to wait and come back later. I note that this has been an issue since at least Nov. 19th. It seems strange that a company with major resources cannot seem to fix this problem. On the other hand, it is possible that hackers are at work against Roxio. It is not in Roxio's self interest for the situation to exist. As upsetting as it is, tirades against Roxio are not a solution.

Ditto with problems login to my support account. Has been happening a few weeks for me (during Nov 2006). After several tries, it sometimes works...
