I don't know why people find trouble shooting reports unhelpful so at the risk of other people saying the same: The website login does not work! And Roxio has no easy way to email them that you can't download the update even if you are a registered member. Thus, at this point, there is no way to actually get the update. Please do rate this comment as "unhelpful" but at least have the integrity to try getting it yourself before you critique someone else's experience.
