...for network administrators like me, as well as, for all Mac users who are interested in knowing the particulars (i.e., connected devices, specific IP assignments, etc.) of their networks. Version 1.7.1, which was released just two days after V 1.7, quickly resolved the issue that prevented some routers (Linksys in my case) from being displayed on the device(s) list, now every single device that I have connected to my network, both wired and wireless, is detected. Kudos to the developers (Mark, Paul, Eric, etc.) not only for creating this excellent tool, but also for quickly patching up and improving the previous release(s). Concerning the shareware license fee, perhaps offering a tiered fee schedule (e.g., $15.00 for up to eight devices and $25.00 for more than eight) would make it easier for potential registered users to be convinced to pay for this tool.
