i have a macpook pro 17" with os x 10.4.8 running.
IPNetTunerX 1.6 causes a lot of kernel panics.
everything runs fine than i fire up IPNetTunerX and after 10-20 min a kerel panic happens.
this is reproducible.
until the kernel panics IPNetTunerX makes a good job.
i would love to see a update that fixes my problem

IPNetTunerX 1.6 causes a lot of kernel panics - Peter Sichel

I'm the developer of IPNetTunerX. It would be great if you could send me the "panic.log" file or other information describing the panic you're seeing. IPNetTunerX itself does not include any kernel code, so it's likely something else panic'd either from the tuning changes you made, or from some other unintended interraction. While it's easy for applications to crash themselves, causing a kernel panic without executing any kernel code is quite an accomplisment. You can Email me directly at psichel "at" sustworks "dot" com. Kind Regards, - Peter
